Refund Policy

How to request a refund
Email support@scrubinbox.com from the address you used to sign in. Mention that you'd like a refund. You don't need to give a reason, though we always appreciate the feedback so we can make ScrubInbox better.
What happens after you request
We'll acknowledge your request within one business day and issue the refund through the Stripe dashboard. Once we process the refund:
- Stripe returns the payment to the original card. Depending on your bank this typically takes 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
- We remove your paid entitlement so ScrubInbox reverts to the pre-purchase state. Your Google sign-in and account still work; the cleanup features become gated again.
- If you also want your account deleted, mention it in the same email and we'll handle both requests together — see the Privacy Policy for the deletion flow.
After 14 days
We do not offer refunds after 14 days as a matter of course. That said, if something goes seriously wrong — the Service becomes unavailable for an extended period, a security incident affects you, or we materially change the pricing model — email us anyway and we'll make it right on a case-by-case basis.
Stripe, as our Merchant of Record, offers its own dispute process which is generally available for up to 120 days from the transaction date under card network rules. Stripe applies its own review criteria to disputes, independent of our policy above.
What isn't refundable
If we terminate your access to the Service because of a material violation of our Terms of Service (for example, attempting to circumvent the paywall or abusing the Gmail integration), refunds are not available for those terminations.
